1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Pollulu platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the platform. By submitting content, you grant Pollulu a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content in any and all media or distribution methods.

4. Platform License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Pollulu grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for your personal or internal business purposes.

This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the platform or its contents.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the platform in any medium.
• Using any automated system, including without limitation robots, spiders, or offline readers, to access the platform.
• Transmitting spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited email.
• Attempting to interfere with, compromise system integrity or security, or decipher transmissions to or from the servers running the platform.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

7. Disclaimers

Your use of the platform is at your sole risk. The platform is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis. Pollulu expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Pollulu, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform.

9. General Terms

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pollulu operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
