We have updated our Data Collection and Sub-processor sections to reflect our new infrastructure partnerships. Please review these changes carefully as they outline how your workspace data is processed.
1. Data Collection
When you interact with the Pollulu platform, we collect information that helps us provide and improve our services. This includes information you provide directly, such as when you create an account, build a workspace, or communicate with us.
We also automatically collect certain telemetry data, including IP addresses, browser types, operating systems, and usage patterns. This data is strictly utilized for platform optimization and security auditing.
3. Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Active workspace data is retained indefinitely while your account remains in good standing. Upon account deletion, we initiate a cascading hard-delete across our primary databases within 30 days, and backup archives within 90 days.

Request a copy of your data in a portable format.

Request the deletion of your account and associated data.
5. Sub-processors
To provide our services, we engage infrastructure and analytics providers. A full, up-to-date list of our sub-processors is maintained in our Trust Center. We enforce strict Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with all third parties to ensure your data maintains the same level of protection.
