1. Prohibited Content
You may not use the Pollulu Services to upload, transmit, or distribute any content that falls into the following categories. The platform strictly prohibits material that:
- Illegal or Infringing: Content that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law, or infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.
- Malicious Code: Viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, corrupted files, or any other similar software that may damage the operation of another computer or property.
- Exploitative or Harmful: Material that exploits or harms minors in any way, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or content that promotes physical harm or violence against any group or individual.
- Deceptive: Content meant to phish, scam, or otherwise defraud users, or forged headers intended to manipulate identifiers to disguise the origin of any content.
2. Prohibited Behaviors
Network Abuse
Engaging in actions that impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure, including denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, unauthorized stress testing, or circumventing rate limits.
Unauthorized Access
Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Pollulu system or network, or breaching security or authentication measures without express authorization.
Interference
Interfering with or disrupting the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services, or disobeying any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to the Services.
3. Uploader Responsibilities
As a builder on the Pollulu platform, you are solely responsible for the content you upload and the consequences of sharing or publishing it. You affirm, represent, and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to publish the content you submit.
Furthermore, you agree to promptly remove any content that you discover violates this Acceptable Use Policy. If you are unsure whether a specific use case is permitted, please contact our Trust & Safety team at trust@pollulu.com before proceeding.
Zero Tolerance Policy for Abuse
Severe violations, including but not limited to distribution of malware, CSAM, or active network attacks, will result in immediate, unappealable account termination and potential notification of appropriate law enforcement authorities.
4. Enforcement & Actions
Pollulu reserves the right, but does not assume the obligation, to investigate any violation of this Policy or misuse of the Services. We may take any of the following actions at our sole discretion:
